DataJoyAI is a publishing imprint of Data Analytics Curriculum, LLC focused on accessible curriculum in data analytics and artificial intelligence. The parent organization publishes additional educational materials beyond the DataJoyAI series and is a major publishing company in the field. All copyright and ISBN ownership are held by Data Analytics Curriculum, LLC.
Why do your books contain fewer visuals than some textbooks?
Our materials are designed to meet modern digital accessibility standards. Accessible documents require properly tagged images, structured headings, and layouts that avoid unnecessary visual elements. For this reason, our books emphasize clear structure, readable formatting, and purposeful visuals rather than decorative graphics.
Have you tested for accessibility?
Yes, epub reports confirming complete compliance using ACE by DAISY and if distributed by Kortext are retested by Codemantra. LMS courses were tested with Panorama. Reports can be requested.
What technologies do your books use?
For lab exercises a variety of technologies are used especially Excel, Python, R and AI tools. With the exception of Excel none of technologies used require any proprietary or licensed software tools. Code is presented independently of any particular environment (Python for example is presented in code and can be used in RStudio, Colab or other environment). All technologies used require minimal prerequisite knowledge and programming can be done with AI assistance.
How do I get teacher/instructor copies?

Can I get technical support?
DataJoyAI is not able to provide technical support at this time. All labs and instructional materials have been classroom‑tested over a number of semesters to ensure reliability and usability.
Is your material AI‑created?
No. The instructional content in nearly all of our books was originally developed before the widespread availability of generative AI tools and has been updated over many years. AI tools may have been used for editing, formatting, or production tasks, and some images were created with AI assistance, but the underlying instructional content was written by the author.
Are your books open source?
No. These materials are copyrighted and not open source. Redistribution, modification, or republication without permission is prohibited and unlawful.
How do I purchase your books?
ISBNs and purchasing links are available in the online catalog on this site. Titles are distributed through multiple outlets—including Amazon, Kortext, Follett, and IngramSpark—and are available in various formats depending on the distributor. Because they are published through standard distribution channels, they can be ordered through most college and university bookstores for course use.
If a bookstore encounters difficulty placing an order, the store’s academic representative can resolve the issue through normal distributor channels.
